Smooth your life with a nice grounding cup of tea. Ingredients: Ashwagandha Root*, Licorice Root*, Dandelion Root*, Hibiscus Flower*, Chicory Raw*, Burdock Root*, Elderberries*. (*Organic) Suggested Uses: For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of simmering water over 1-2 tsp. of herbs, or to desired taste. Steep 3-4 min. Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. WARNING: Not to be used during pregnancy.
